"When i first started searching for a broker, it was very important that i found someone who knew the market, had great marketing ideas, and someone who could go above and beyond. I inherited this house and live in the Northeast. The house was not in the greatest condition, so i needed someone who would be willing to assist in getting it ready to sell.
