Being we were first time home buyer and were all over the map in the type of property we were looking for, she listened to everything we had to say and help us find the perfect house for us, and when we gave up she never gave up on us, she went above and beyond to help us find a home, she left her weekend trip that was 2 hours form us to show us the property that we have since purchased. We did the best we could considering our circumstances and Roseanna made it work even though there were many demands from buyers realtor. I was so worried that the process would be painful. We have had many previous issues with buying and selling other real estate and we were concerned that we would not be able to handle the sale of this house emotionally and financially. Century 21 and Roseanna made it work for us. The buyers had a problem with the closing and could not come through as expected. It was over a week that we had to wait from the closing date until they actually signed the papers.
