"When i first started searching for a broker, it was very important that i found someone who knew the market, had great marketing ideas, and someone who could go above and beyond. Century 21 and Roseanna made it work for us. The buyers had a problem with the closing and could not come through as expected. It was over a week that we had to wait from the closing date until they actually signed the papers.
