She is so professional and knowledgeable about Prescott area real estate! She helped work with an independent builder to find me a perfect home here! And recently she showed me rental properties in our growing community!! We found an amazing investment!!
I found their group all so well informed. Diane was my agent but they all came through. Every detail of my buy was performed throughly. Can’t say enough. Went beyond the usual! Highly recommend.
Diane is the kind of Realtor everyone should have the luck to find! I am a retired RE Broker, and would hire her in a minute, she has all the knowledge and honesty that I have always looked for-you couldn't do better than to put yourself in her hands!!
Diane and the team did an amazing job with every aspect of our purchasing a home. Always prompt with answers and made the whole process seamless and without hardly any stress! I have and will continue to recommend Diane and her team.
We have enjoyed working with Diane and Randall they know the area very well and listen to everything we wanted. Have used them several times. They are on top of the sale and go out of their way for you!
My first and all subsequent experiences with Diane have led me to know how honest and sincere she is which is how she practices her realtor business from A to Z. Her judgment and experience are at the top! Would recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller without hesitancy.
Randal was always most responsive and did the research on the home that I requested.
After looking for months online, we came to Prescott. The first house was too big. The second was too weird. The third house was just right, and we never went to any more houses. She's helped me find a dentist, a doctor, a hairdresser, you name it, Diane has the answers. Not only that, she gives us pickles - even a giant pickle for our Christmas tree. She's fun.
Randal Breaux is a very interesting and very personable member of a unique Reality Team....the Pickle Lady Brigade. He is very knowledgeable and is very tech savvy. Randal and the Brigade make the daunting task of buying a home, an absolute pleasure. He is very professional and confident but not in an over bearing manner.....he treats his clients like friends! Keeping them well informed during the whole house buying process is one of his and the team’s best assets! It was an awesome experience working with Randal and the Pickle Brigade! I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs!!
We worked with Diane while still in California. She sent numerous emails of homes we might be interested in. We met with her once we arrived in Prescott. By that time she knew what we were looking for. She showed us several homes on the first day. We bought the first home we looked at ! She was right on ! We loved working with her through the whole escrow period. She always kept up to date on what was going on. I would recommend anyone looking for a home in Prescott to hook up with Diane.
From day #1 of our journey to find a new home, and sell our "then" home, Diane, Randal and Janet listened, advised, addressed challenges by providing real/timely solutions and interacted with us with professionalism and grace. Their combined knowledge of area property, market analysis, and recommended services for needs such as inspection, construction, financing, landscaping, etc. have proven invaluable. If you were to look up the definition of "24/7 365 excellent Real Estate knowledge and service" you would find "The Pickle Brigade" listed as the first example! We highly recommend Diane and the team as your "go to" Prescott area Real Estate experts.
