First of all, Diane was not our agent. We were represented by Janet, Diane's partner. The buyers were represented by Diane and her husband and we never talked to Diane again after our initial meeting, except for a couple of phone calls to arrange for the buyers to come to the house. The sale was easy for us because the house was sold to the first people that saw it, but after that we felt that the buyers interests were given more priority than ours. This didn't cause any major problems, but we definitely thought the buyers were represented better than we were.

We sold our house in CA so I flew to AZ to look for a house in earnest after making two exploratory trips to Prescott. Diane and Randall lined up 8 houses on a snowy day and we put pedal to the metal. Late in the afternoon, we revisited my 3 faves and by the end of the day made an offer. The next day, my husband signed papers remotely and I signed in the Realty One office. Diane and Randall guided us through quickly and efficiently. I felt so grateful to be their client! Although it took about 2 years to find the home we wanted to retire in, Diane never gave up. She kept in touch and updated us on new properties on the market. Her upbeat and honest approach to our needs, far exceeded our expectations. She was always confident she would find us our retirement home, and she did. A true pleasure to work with.

Diane gave us an excellent overview of the specific areas we were interested in as well as a lovely meal! We felt as if we really got to know the lovely town of Prescott and made us more confident in making our big move. She and Randall make a great team.

The Pickle Brigade was there throughout the entire process. We were moving from California, and there are always problems with someone in the selling/buying system. The Pickle Brigade handled all of the problems in an expeditious manner. Truly a professional group. I would not go to anyone else in this area to sell or purchase a house.
