We were first time home sellers so they helped us so much, and carefully constructed a binder so that we had all of the details. All I had to do was turn over my key and they did the rest. Knowledgeable power house couple who will exceed your expectations. Randal and Diane make you feel like your house is the only listing. They are so kind, and hard charging. Our house was on the market for one weekend before getting above asking price offer. They do what's best for their client with no pressure at all. We loved them, and would recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Randal's market knowledge was phenomenal. His website provides more information regarding the Prescott and Prescott Valley area than any other real estate broker. As out of state buyers we were driven to multiple locations to get a feel of various locations and its amenities. Randal worked extensively and diligently in negotiating our purchase as we were negotiating with a builder who did not want to give an inch on anything. He negotiated a price reduction and various consolations in a rising market price environment. After we were in contract he made a video of the entire inside and outside of the home along with measurements . He even provided a sky view.

Randal and his wife Diane were without a doubt the best realtors I have dealt with in decades. My wife and I have moved several times, and this was a difficult one moving from New Jersey to Prescott. Not only did they work with us while we were in the area, they also stayed in touch with us regularly while we were back in New Jersey. When we found a property we liked, they were instrumental in helping us with a local mortgage company, home insurance, and information on all of the utility companies we needed to deal with. After the home inspection, there were some minor repairs that needed to be done. Randal and Diane personally oversaw all of that work while we remained in New Jersey. I cannot say enough good things about dealing with Randal and Diane. Simply outstanding!

My husband and I are relocating to Arizona and Diane and Randal were just the relocation experts we needed! They listened to what we wanted and took us around Prescott and Prescott Valley over the course of three days to get us very familiar and comfortable with the area. We ended up buying a house in PV and the process was a tedious one! But Diane and Randal rose to the occasion and pulled us through. Diane and her team got the job done, selling my homes fast and at the price they said we would get!
