From our very first meeting when Diane and Randall came to explain the process to us, we knew we were dealing with experienced and friendly people. They were in contact with us every step of the way. My search in Prescott started 3 years ago. Diane took my husband and I out and showed us all around town, and many homes. Enter Covid. This put things on hold until summer 2022. I called Diane to reintroduce myself. She immediately knew who I was and was excited that Prescott was still our location of choice. My husband and I flew from Boston to Arizona. Diane had 7 homes to show us! Yes, 7. We narrowed it down to 2 homes and returned that afternoon to see them. Then returned again the next morning. Who does that? We saw the house of our dreams three times in two days. Diane and Randall are so much fun to be with, very thorough and Diane makes fabulous pickles! They walked us through the process of making an offer, guided us so our offer was accepted right away. Everything was explained from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your home search. You won’t be disappointed. You will have the best experience during something that can be overwhelming. Side note: I now consider Diane and Randall to be friends as well as our real estate agents.

Diane was extremely helpful and very patient in helping me find the house for me. She took care of every detail and made the entire process painless. She helped me with recommendations and was very knowledgeable in helping the house hunt go very smoothly.

Took care of all legal issues concerning titles, money matters and a few issues that came up. Together we solved to all our satisfaction. A gracious person, makes delicious pickles and fun person.

Randal sold my Prescott Valley home and did a great job. His communication skills and knowledge are exceptional. Diane arrived with her husband/partner at our first meeting like a breath of fresh air and we immediately connected with her.
