We where totally new comers to Prescott, only having visited the area a several years before for a few days. In looking at real estate on line before our planned visit I ran across the “Pickle Page” and the monthly Prescott Home Value Report. I reviewed several months of the report and then looked at all of the other information on the Pickle Lady’s web site. I had never before seen as through a presentation of an area by any realtor. We set up a tour on line with Randal and Diane during a weeks visit to Prescott in the fall. As we expected Randal and Diane gave us a great tour of the area visiting listings of homes that matched our taste, size and price range. We were sold on Prescott and positive that Randal and Diane where the relators we wanted to work with. Just a few months latter we returned to Prescott to view one home. After our walk through we put in an offer and closed 30 days latter. Randal’s knowledge of the market and his presentation of that information gave us the confidence to easily make this decision. Randal made all of the paper work and closing details effortless. Market knowledge, attention to detail and a very likable personality made Randal the perfect pick for us.

Diane & Randal are so kind and friendly. After absorbing all things Prescott from their website, we contacted them to show us some houses when we were only first exploring Prescott as a potential spot to re-locate from northern California. They showed us several houses in a variety of locations that fit our criteria. There was absolutely no pressure from them. Best thing, they had snacks available so no one got tired or "hangry" while touring the homes. When we decided to take the plunge and move to Prescott Lakes, they videotaped a couple of homes for us to view remotely while we were back in Sacramento. We were from another area of the country, and Randal and Diane maximized our time in Prescott, gave us a great cross section of homes and neighborhoods to see, and gave us spot-on advice for pricing for an offer. Prescott was a tough market in terms of available homes, but we ended up with a great home in the best neighborhood. Their follow up has been terrific and we are still benefitting from their expertise, and their willingness to provide service far beyond the norm. They are a lot of fun to be around, too.
