We moved to Prescott from Northern California. We were 72 and wanted to live in a medium sized active mountain community and hoped we could find one that was as close to our grand daughter in L.A. as we had been in California. My wife started searching Zillow and found both Prescott and Randall and Diane. Working with Randall and Dianne we immediately found that Prescott met all of our expectations. Then we visited and found it to be better than we thought we could ever find. Randall and Dianne's preparation for our visits and response to our requests were immediate and detailed, with both documents and videos of homes. Their selection of homes to review always met our requirements and we had a couple of productive trips to Prescott to look at homes. The sales process went well and our move came quickly, with no complications. Our final inspection resulted in us finding several items that had not been completed and they made sure those were done immediately. Randall provided a list of contractors and other providers that helped us make the changes we wanted in the home we bought. We have lived in Prescot for just over two years and could not be happier

First of all, Diane was not our agent. We were represented by Janet, Diane's partner. The buyers were represented by Diane and her husband and we never talked to Diane again after our initial meeting, except for a couple of phone calls to arrange for the buyers to come to the house. The sale was easy for us because the house was sold to the first people that saw it, but after that we felt that the buyers interests were given more priority than ours. This didn't cause any major problems, but we definitely thought the buyers were represented better than we were.
