Friends recommended Mrs. Petit to us and we are pleased with her service. She handles a lots of property in the area and was knowledgeable. She gave us some tips for making the property more appealing and to generate interest. We moved just before the virus pandemic and was faced with a drop in the economy and real estate sales. Because of the circumstances we didn't expect to sell for a much longer time. However, between Cindy and Zillow we had many people look over the offering. We recommend her without reservation.

Cindy is great. Very easy going and a pleasure to work with. She took care of lot of extra Details that I was unable to get to before closing that she didn’t have to do. She definitely goes up and above for her clients. Highly recommend.

This is the second home I have purchased with Cindy and she has been absolutely amazing! Her knowledge about the properties and the local area is unsurpassable and I recommend her to everyone that is looking for a real estate agent. Not only has she helped me purchase my homes, she has become a great friend in the process!

We found Cindy extremely efficient and helpful. You couldn't find a better agent. She knows the area very well and was able to recommend good people to give us help in all of the areas needed. She had helped us when we bought the property before it was developed 10 years ago.

Cindy was tremendous throughout the whole process of buying our first home. As first time home buyers she was able to help us and walk us through everything A-Z. She knows the market and the community in which she is selling. She was always professional and available to answer any questions. The whole process was seamless and she is a huge part of that. Thanks Cindy for everything!
