I had never sold a house before, and ended being the Administer for my late sister’s Estate. Sophia was very helpful in explaining everything to me about pricing, and the things I needed to do. After she got all my info about the house and property, she made some pictures and worked up what the posting would look like, and got my approval before she went public with the listing. I think we went public on a Thursday, and she was getting inquiries with a few hours. Sophia got 2 offers by Monday. The first offer was too low, but the second offer was the full advertised price, therefore I accepted. Sophia kept me informed from the beginning until the property closed. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend her.
