A very honest and competent agent. Facilitated a smooth closing!

Sophia Reid communicated well with the sellers of the property and the buyers agent. She was very professional and dealt with any issues that arose in a timely manner. Outstanding service in every phase. Overall a great experience.

We were matched up with Sophia when we requested to tour a couple of properties on Zillow. After a positive first experience we decided to continue with her as our buyer's agent and are very happy that we did. She is very familiar with the area, and her market knowledge is quite strong. We really liked her communication style and found her to be very professional but also personable and easy to work with. She went above and beyond in helping us through the process, handling details and acting as our eyes on site when we were not available. She was very responsive in answering questions and following up on any issues. She was a good negotiator on our behalf, providing sound advice and guidance throughout the offer and negotiation process. She worked well with the seller's agent to resolve any issues. We appreciated that she was calm and supportive at certain times when we were feeling stressed. She was very helpful in connecting us with capable service providers for various needs. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend Sophia and would use her services again should the need arise.
