If you’re looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients, I cannot recommend Susan Campbell highly enough. From our very first conversation until the day we closed on our beautiful mountain home, she exceeded every expectation. Susan was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always had our best interests at heart. She listened carefully to what we wanted and never pressured us into making a decision. Instead, she guided us with honesty, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail. Buying a mountain home from a distance could have been stressful, but Susan made the entire process feel seamless. She went above and beyond—answering countless questions, checking on the property, providing local recommendations, and making us feel like we were her top priority every step of the way. What impressed us most was not only her expertise but also her kindness and integrity. By the time we closed, we felt like we had gained a friend, not just a real estate agent. Thanks to Susan, we found the mountain home we had been dreaming about, and we couldn’t be happier. If you want someone who is trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you find the perfect home, Susan is the person to call. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you, Susan, for helping make our dream a reality! — The Williams

Very satisfied with Susan as our buyers agent. She communicated very well and looked out for us throughout the process. Great person to work with!

Christy was there for us every step of the way. She always answered our questions and thoughts promptly, and proactively worked to address our concerns. She provided influential advice that helped us make informed decisions and resources to understand what decisions to make. Also, just a pleasure to be with and very familiar with Transylvania County.

Cindy Petit was an amazing help throughout my buying process. She was always in my corner and kept the ball rolling throughout the entire process. She put time and effort into making my land purchase as smooth as possible.

Sophia Reid was excellent to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we had, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind during our purchase. She was honest, straightforward, and an invaluable source of information about the local area. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend her.

Rebecka did a great job. Very good communication. Thanks!
