Cindy Petit and her staff at Petit Properties are ethical, professional, courteous and knowledgeable marketing properties in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains. They use a combination of direct showings, open houses and virtual media to market properties in the area. I highly recommend her agency for buyers and sellers. Richard and Lynne Price

Cindy is immediately responsive to all emails, phone calls, and text messages. She works her schedule around her client's availability. Cindy doesn't just try to sell you a house; she seeks to find you a home that meets her client's needs and desires. We've purchased 2 homes with Cindy and sold 1 with her. When the times comes, we'll use her again. She is a consummate professional, and a joy to know and work with.
