Communicative, friendly, and thorough!

Sophia went above and beyond helping us purchase our home. Despite bumps in the road, she was always willing to help us reach the finish line. Great information and communication !

Cindy Petit is extremely knowledgeable concerning the local market and shows you what your property value is and what is the best way to market the property. She also reviews everything about the property that needs to be addressed before putting the property on the market. Her attention to details is incredible. The negotiations were very simple and clear, no room for misunderstanding on either side...everything was written and signed by sellers and buyers. There were no snags with closing either...very pleasant and professional realtor . Will definitely represent us again, whether buying or selling.

A very honest and competent agent. Facilitated a smooth closing!

Sophia Reid communicated well with the sellers of the property and the buyers agent. She was very professional and dealt with any issues that arose in a timely manner. As the sellers, we felt that she always “had our backs.” She is very honest and forthright in all her actions. I highly recommend this realestate agent!!
