Fishing and mountain biking are my two fundamental hobbies; however, spending time with my family is by far my favorite thing to do. I obtained my BA from Western Carolina University in 2011; I then attended Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate to obtain my real estate license. I am a member of the Asheville Board of REALTORS, the National Association of Realtors, and the North Carolina Real Estate Association of Realtors ®.
Jennifer DiLemme has found her ideal home in Western North Carolina, a region renowned for its diverse attractions—from the natural beauty of Pisgah National Forest and Brevard's charming town to the apples and wineries in Hendersonville and the vibrant culture of Asheville. Though she grew up in Knoxville, TN, Jennifer, an eighth-generation Transylvania native, always returned to Brevard for summers and holidays. She moved back to Brevard with her family in 2005.
With 18 years of real estate experience, Jennifer joined Petit Properties in 2024, driven by her commitment to helping families find their perfect home.
