I am not one who generally writes reviews of people I have dealings with, but my experience in buying a house in the Brevard area with Christy Voso as our realtor warrants my writing this review. I was not familiar with any realtors in the area but frankly had the good fortune to find Christy. She was simply outstanding from the beginning to the end of our house purchase process. She was always available to us - buyers from well outside the area - and was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area. I thought she had an excellent sense of what an appropriate purchase price would be, and we were very pleased that her recommendations yielded a contract on favorable terms for the house that was of particular interest to us. In the "due diligence" phase of the purchase process, she arranged for several contractors to examine the property to ascertain conditions that affected the value of the house. The people she sent to look at it were first rate - their work was meticulous and detailed and contributed greatly to the subsequent negotiations that yielded a final contract price. Here again, Christy's recommendations regarding that price reflected an excellent understanding of the market and the particulars of the house in question. I felt our purchase represented an excellent value and that our ability to obtain that value was clearly a product of her representation. In short, Christy was knowledgeable, reliable and personable throughout this process. I recommend her very highly, with no reservations whatsoever.
