Keithroy is a top notch realtor! He is very knowledgeable and definitely caters to his clients. He was there with us every step of the buying of our new home and the selling process of our old house. The next time we are in the market for a new home, he'll be the first one we'll call. I definitely recommend Keithroy to anyone who's in the market for a stellar realtor!

Keith Demming is a World Class Realtor, we used his services twice, not only did he sell our house for above expectations, but he also found us our now Unbelievable 100 year old Shot gun house in downtown Saint Petersburg, FL at an incredible price, in excellent condition. Thank you Keith Demming.

Keith Demming sold our home in less than 6 days, unbelievable. He knew the market, our house, us and consumers. Keith was an awesome agent! He was knowledgeable about neighborhoods of interest and was willing to Saturday's and Sunday's when asked! Keith ensured the necessary documents were processed timely with the lender and title company and was instrumental in insuring the loan closed on-time.

Keith was the absolute best decision we could have made when choosing a realtor! (He was actually our 2nd.) He went above and beyond to search for homes within our criteria and was very patient with two opposing styles. He was welcoming to our 2 daughters who came along for the initial walkthroughs and made everyone at ease. Even after our home purchase, he is always available to answer any questions we may have. Knowing we will always have him as our realtor makes us excited for our next purchase!

Mr. Demming went out his way by driving me all over the area to see property, took me to lunch and was just a delightful person who was knowledgeable of the school’s, shopping, traffic and things you should know. The man is the Ultimate agent.

You will always get the true facts you certainly need in making your decision either financing or the area in which you are looking to buy a house. He was very helpful right from the beginning and still sees and use him as a valuable resource when in need of information or the purchase of House needs since I live out of state. What a blessing from God.

What can I say about Keithroy (known to my family as Keith). He’s truly knowledgeable about this industry, paid attention to my specific needs as someone new to this area and a Disabled Veteran. He’s well connected with the builders and a true gentleman. He was a blessing to work with and always on time. Thank you Keith for blessing me and my family during that time of transition and the wonderful gift after Closing. I’m still using it today!
