From the minute we decided to list our home with Ann Parker we knew it was the right decision. Her thoroughness, knowledge of our community, and astuteness concerning the local market conditions allowed us to list...and sell... our house for a much better price than we ever anticipated. Our property sold very quickly and that is when the work really started for Ann. We were out of town when the contract was signed and she engaged with several repair people that were able to help immediately. When we got home and began the arduous and emotional task of cleaning out our parents’ home, Ann was extremely supportive. We needed a quick turnaround and she kept us moving. Ann communicated often....and effectively...without being intrusive. There were NO surprises and her follow up was outstanding. The buyer’s realtor tried to ask for additional things in an “As-Is” sale after the contract was signed. Ann quickly and professionally nipped that in the bud. Everything went without a hitch and Ann was with us every step of the way...she even attended the closing with us. This is the 8th home we have either bought or sold. Many of our other experiences were corporate relocations where we had top-notch realtors. In spite of that, none of our other real estate transactions can hold a candle to this experience. We would highly, and without reservation, recommend Ann Parker for any real estate transaction you need! Thank you Ann!

Lisbet has complete knowledge about the market conditions, changes and its forecast. Also, being able to work with a realtor that knows the predictability of the market and its clients wants and needs along with the ability of adjusting quickly to changes and able to communicate rapidly and effectively with others including and not limited to lenders, buyers, sellers, other realtors, inspection companies and appraisal companies makes the process fun and seamless! Adriana is a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. She was very professional and her communication was always quick. She was always willing to answer any question. Even though we ran into some hurdles in selling our home, she was always willing to help us get the help we needed. She referred us trustworthy contractors for our roof and ac. One of my good friends referred me to RJ and he did not disappoint. From our first conversation, I felt comfortable and confident with his knowledge and guidance. He knows the Tampa area very well. He helped me so much. Always there to answer questions and patiently elaborate on literally anything and everything I got anxious over during the process (single female first time home buyer here!). I never once felt pressured. He offered me unbiased advice on anything that came to mind. We went through hell and back with our sellers/their agent but I truly felt supported with him as my realtor. He will be mindful of your wants and your pockets the entire process. Great experience :)
