Keith offered a free consultation when I already had a realtor. After speaking with him for less than 5 minutes, I knew that he would be the right person to sell my home. Always professional. Always. He has not ever not kept his word as far as communicating with me. He answered EVERY question, and I had thousands. Completely transparent throughout the entire process. Selling was a hard decision for me and initially I had misgivings but Keith walked me through every step, never ever pressured me and simply answered every question until the decision was made. Just an overall exemplary experience for me. Recommend without reservation.

Available Attentive Knowledgeable Keith was a pleasure to work with! We are somewhat picky and he didn’t mind taking the time to help us find the perfect home for us. He obviously listened to our wants and needs as he took us to many homes that fit our criteria and price range. Ultimately we found the best home for us, in the area we wanted and in our price range. We will definitely work with Keith again!

Keithroy Demming’s was an excellent realtor for this purchase. This was an out of town deal and he took car of everything. Every phone call and email was responded to with promptness. He actually found information on the purchase that we weren’t even aware of. I’m so thankful to have had him in our corner and will definitely use his knowledge and talents again.

It was great working with Keith; he was very patient and always available to good see houses. If it wasn’t for Keith, I could have made a huge mistake buying a house that I like, but wouldn’t be good at all for me. I would not hesitate for a second to refer Keith to my friends family members

I feel that Mr. Demming's thoughtfulness, knowledge and professional work ethic is the example that your organization should use as a training model for all of your relators. His genuine concern for the customer cannot be surpassed. Mr. Demming took extra time to ensure that the process was done in the proper manner and worked beyond the normal limits. If I needed advice, Mr. Demming was the one I called. Trust is something that radiates trusting the decisions that person makes in your behalf. That is Mr. Demming's bound with his customers.
