Awesome Realtor
As a result of the Pandemic, I’ve experienced several delays due to materials back ordered which was very stressful at times. However, having an awesome Realtor who is very professional and knowledgeable in the marketing business has definitely helped me during this process. He was constantly engaged by always communicating with the builders ensuring the transition was smooth prior to my closing date and now. Additionally, he is a very meticulous inspector and followup on discrepancies noted during my final walk through ensuring they are corrected/completed. He is the BEST!!!!highly recommended. So grateful to have Keithroy as my Realtor. He makes this process looks easy.

Sale of our vacant lot.
Recently, my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Keithroy Demming on the sale of our vacant lot in Ocala. We live in NYC, so all of the transactions had to be done over the telephone. He guided us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way. The lot was sold over the list price and closed in ten days. Keithroy is a true professional who cares very much for the people he serves. We appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, integrity and patience, and we would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.

Awesome and really helpful!
Cary did a fantastic job on helping us find our first home! Any questions we had she helped us with and guided us with our first home buying experience. Exemplary Selling Experience
Keith offered a free consultation when I already had a realtor. After speaking with him for less than 5 minutes, I knew that he would be the right person to sell my home. Always professional. Always. He has not ever not kept his word as far as communicating with me. He answered EVERY question, and I had thousands. Completely transparent throughout the entire process. Selling was a hard decision for me and initially I had misgivings but Keith walked me through every step, never ever pressured me and simply answered every question until the decision was made. Just an overall exemplary experience for me. Recommend without reservation.
