Jeremy Hughes "is" the most professional and personable real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is there 24/7 if you need him and goes out of his way to make any problems that comes up when selling your home "his problem". He sold our house within the first 8 hours of signing the paperwork and he got us the complete asking price - not a penny less! That is ACTION! We have bought and sold several homes since we are a military family but this by far was the easiest for us and not because there weren't any problems but because Jeremy made those problems go away. Honestly, we just packed and prepared to move it was that easy! Jeremy goes the extra mile for you and then some. If you aren't using Jeremy Hughes as your realtor then you are paying to much commission for a lot less production. With Jeremy you get "ACTION" not just words and after all, Actions speak louder than Words - like receiving FULL ASKING PRICE type action. By the way, we also got a family friend with him.

Laura is by far the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Going through one of the worst nightmares of our lives trying to sell a property that had a lien we did not know about after it was willed to us and with nothing but one problem after another Laura showed that she not only knew how to sell homes but how to negotiate and talk to everyone that we needed to. She helped handle everything from recommendations for repairs, dealing with a nasty condo associations issues, working with two different title companies and she even managed to succeed where two separate attorneys failed. Elissa went above and beyond what we had expected a real estate agent to do. We were lost and she gently guided us through the entire process. We needed to do some work on our house and she had several local contractors she had worked with and could recommend. She set up the meetings so all the contractors could meet at the same time so they could set up a work schedule. Elissa is extremely knowledgeable about her profession. She knew every aspect of selling, and buying, a house. We moved to our new home before settlement and she was on top of everything to make sure all legal details were covered so when we went to settle there were no hold ups. Everything ran so smoothly. All we had to do was sign papers and we were done. An extremely important part of selling a house is the pricing. Elissa priced our house exactly right. I know you always want to get the most you can for your home and this is where she was so helpful. She showed us several homes like ours selling in the neighborhood so we could see why she had suggested the selling price. I have found if a house sells quickly, and is not a fixer upper, it was priced right. We sold to the first person who looked at it and never felt like we could have gotten more. She priced our house just right. We could not have been more satisfied using any other agent. Elissa was always there when we needed her. What a lucky day it was for us when we decided to use Elissa as our real estate agent. We highly recommend her.

Michelle and I hit it off immediately - she's a powerhouse of knowledge, resources, and organizational skills to get the job done. At the same time she has a warm and sympathetic personality that is totally cognizant of the stress and angst that sellers go through and does everything in her power to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. Michelle takes on responsibilities that many realtors wouldn't even think of, much less do them (instead of the seller). Oh, and did I mention that my house was under contract in less than two days after listing and the sale completed in less than 40 days -despite some complications that Michelle quickly sorted out? She's wonderful!
