I asked a lot of questions and was in the weeds a lot - Elissa was right there with me and answered all the inquires / questions. 7. Elissa went above and beyond what we had expected a real estate agent to do. We were lost and she gently guided us through the entire process. We needed to do some work on our house and she had several local contractors she had worked with and could recommend. She set up the meetings so all the contractors could meet at the same time so they could set up a work schedule. Elissa is extremely knowledgeable about her profession. She knew every aspect of selling, and buying, a house. We moved to our new home before settlement and she was on top of everything to make sure all legal details were covered so when we went to settle there were no hold ups. Everything ran so smoothly. All we had to do was sign papers and we were done. An extremely important part of selling a house is the pricing. Elissa priced our house exactly right. I know you always want to get the most you can for your home and this is where she was so helpful. She showed us several homes like ours selling in the neighborhood so we could see why she had suggested the selling price. I have found if a house sells quickly, and is not a fixer upper, it was priced right. We sold to the first person who looked at it and never felt like we could have gotten more. She priced our house just right. We could not have been more satisfied using any other agent. Elissa was always there when we needed her. What a lucky day it was for us when we decided to use Elissa as our real estate agent. We highly recommend her.
