When it was finally time to list the property, Sydney gave us instructions on how to prepare our home to pictures and provided extensive market research to guide the pricing decisions. Sydney also supported us through closing to include walking through the property prior to the buyers conducting their final walkthrough, assisting in some hiccups during the walkthrough, and closing out when everything was done.
