Michelle Fraser

Michelle and I hit it off immediately - she's a powerhouse of knowledge, resources, and organizational skills to get the job done. At the same time she has a warm and sympathetic personality that is totally cognizant of the stress and angst that sellers go through and does everything in her power to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. Michelle takes on responsibilities that many realtors wouldn't even think of, much less do them (instead of the seller). Oh, and did I mention that my house was under contract in less than two days after listing and the sale completed in less than 40 days -despite some complications that Michelle quickly sorted out? She's wonderful!
