During the home buying process, I had some tough things that I was going through in which caused me to find a home and find one quick. I was staying with a friend until I could come to a decision on what home I would want, when right down the road from where she lives one went up for sale. I put in a request and Rex was able to show me the house on the day that I requested and once I saw it, I was hooked. I still wanted to wait a day or so to make a final decision but I was pretty set on this house. The next day, however, an offer was made on the house and knowing how much I loved the house and the predicament I was in, he contacted me right away. That whole next day we were going back and forth on offers and addendums, connecting me with a lender, and more. By the end of the night I had a successful offer in place. I was in tears of joy and if it was not for him listening and understanding the reasoning behind me not only looking for a home but specifically this one, I probably would still be out there looking. Rex is literally your go to realtor and I highly recommend him. No one knows how much his hard work helped in my current situation.

Five star is so little to rate Rossana's overall services. She deserves all the stars in the world. Truly! Five years ago I was a first time home buyer and she helped me finding the right property. She considered every possible conditions and criteria I had, from budget to location. She helped me with calculations and assisted me with everything during the buying process. Our relationship didn't end with closing the settlement. A few years later she was available to talk about the business aspects of my investment. She shared with me market insights and advised me smartly. Now, five years later, I sold my property while residing oversees. This couldn't have been done without such a massive support that I received from Rossana. She went above and beyond to sell the property as fast as possible. She even arranged repairs and plumbing services on my behalf. She is a wonderful person and a very talented real estate agent. Rossana always knows how to time and prioritize things. She is an excellent communicator - and who else could say this if not me: based in Europe with a 7h time difference. Rossana managed everything on my behalf in the US, and all I can say is nutshell is that it couldn't have gone the any better if I was physically present (in the same time zone). Rossana definitely deserves all the stars in the world!

Eric sold my home in less than 30 days. I am the most challenging person to work with, but he was able to manage every situation and deal with it with respect and professionalism. I worked with other agents in the past, but I have never found an agent with so much attention to detail. I also felt safe that he helped my mom, who doesn’t speak English, with the paperwork that she needed to sign as she was involved in the sale as well by providing her with companies that will use translators and he also helped me to get all the paperwork I needed to sign before the closing date since I’m studying overseas. He is a gem. His knowledge of the market and his cultural competence are what it makes me recommend this guy if you are looking to buy or sale.

It was a great experience working with Mr. Langford. He went out of his way to explain the process of selling my property. The buyer and I had some challenges along the way. But Mr. Langford worked diligently to get my property sold. He notified me every time a change had to be made. And he made sure I understood what was being changed and why it needed to be changed. I plan to continue to work with him in the future. Also in our many conversation I found out that he is from the same state as the majority of my family. Again he is a professional but easy to talk with and that made this process so easy.

Karon is a tenacious negotiator and a tireless advocate! When we first purchased in Arlington seven years ago, we bought from Karon. We were so impressed that when it was time to sell and upgrade to a new home, Karon was our first call. Karon was patient with our questions; incredibly responsive; and held our hand through the process of selling our home and getting us into our new place. Her knowledge of the process and local area was key; but she's got a wide network of resources that were really helpful for us to bounce ideas off of or pull in when necessary. Shelley went above and beyond what I expected of my experience with a real estate agent while selling my house. This was my first time selling a house and she walked me through every step of the way, from getting it ready to list all the way through the closing. She was very knowledgeable about the area and what comps to use in pricing the home. She was always responsive no matter when I reached out and was very good about walking me through the details of the process. The staging she used in the house looked great as well. If I were to buy/sell a house in the future I would definitely go with Shelley again.
