I know and have been around numerous Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania and none of them could light a candle to how AnnMarie Germano conducts herself as an agent. Whether AnnMarie is just working for either the buyer, seller, or dual agency, she ensures that she gives her all and that no one is slighted in the process. AnnMarie was very accommodating, kind, and patient to the seller as well as going beyond the call of duty for me, the buyer, with her communication through text, email, or phone call. AnnMarie made sure that she was the oil for the squeaky wheel. Through the initial mortgage process, the underwriter part, and the closing department with the PFFCU,(Police and Fire Federal Credit Union), both buyers, Patterson-Schwartz, and Ward & Taylor, Ann ensured by email or phone call that everyone was on board with this deal and everything in order. I was very pleased with AnnMarie Germano’s work ethic and enthusiasm toward the entire process. AnnMarie Germano is definitely an integral part and asset to your office. I appreciate her effort to the highest degree! Thank you AnnMarie and Patterson-Schwartz!
