Marjorie exceeded any expectations my family had going to the sale of our father's house of what a real estate agent could be. From helping us get the house on the market at the best price that would generate interest to walking through the closing procedure, she was great. But, Marjorie went above and beyond any agent I had ever dealt with, making arrangements for repairs and working though some difficult negotiations with candor. I could write well over 2,000 characters about how spectacular Dave is. He's an absolute powerhouse in every regard. He always responds to calls, emails, and text messages very quickly, with answers to questions/solutions to problems. Me and my girlfriend were house hunting for over 4 years. Peggy was always one call or text away. She would contact sellers and get us info on anything we wanted to know ASAP. We would find houses online and if she was available we would go look at it same day. Once we did find a house peggy made sure we were getting the best possible deal all while ensuring our offer would be the final bid. Peggy was able to have the seller fix anything to an extent that we were concerned about after the home inspection so everyone was on the same terms going on with the final processes of purchasing a house.

Responded promptly, excellent contacts and guidance, trustworthy - always felt she was protecting my interests. Perfect agent if you are aggressively searching for a home. Excellent eye when touring a home - expresses concerns when valid and provides great insight on houses' potential. Gains a quick understanding of what the buyer wants and doesn't try to "sell" clients on a property that is not a good fit. Definitely keep doing independent searches because the MLS won't show everything and sometimes lags. The agent is most important for the negotiation portion of the deal and the contracts/documents. Though you may wind up finding something you like on your own, Dianne is great at researching a property and comparisons, being honest about what it's worth, and helping you make a strong offer.
