I met Vicky at an Open House that I stopped in as I was curious about what the house for sale was like inside. I immediately was impressed by her knowledge, presence and positive personality. I previously had another agent/firm approach me to list the house but I knew then that Vicky would be a much better choice. Her market knowledge was spot on as the house sold within a few days and for the asking price. Her experience in helping buyers and sellers in the location of the house (55+ development) was an extra bonus. Throughout the selling process, with her contacts, experience, and professionalism, Vicky showed patience and just enough nudging to help me get the house ready for the listing. She knew what tasks or issues needed the effort to address and which ones did not matter as much for the house to be listed and sold. I was not living in the house (out of state) so she handled some tasks on her own to free me up from needing to be on location. I trusted her to know what to do every step of the way. Her negotiation skills resulted in a very quick satisfaction to both the buyer and seller on the final agreed upon cost. I highly recommend Vicky to be anyone's agent when buying or selling a house. You will not be disappointed, but rather very happy. I sure was!

Janie listened to what I wanted, price points, lot size, etc. and took a lot of care to send me exactly what I was looking for as my buyers agent. She was also my selling agent and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. She also pulled out the bells and whistles from amazing pictures to great marketing materials, and even supplying booties to protect our home while being shown. We had challenging buyers and she handled them professionally while looking out for our best interest. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience on both the selling side and buying side. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Bear with Dave's help. The market was tight at the tie we were looking. We put bids in a few homes that were unsuccessful. Dave helped us weather that process and eventually we found our forever home. It really pays having a real estate agent that has lots of experience. Dave checks that box. Not only did he know the area well, he knew about builders and build quality, possible renovation ideas, and pitfalls of the homes we looked at. He always answered our questions, at sometimes ungodly hours, and even post-settlement, was still there for us. Because of his long-term experience, he has forged relationships with many other realtors, and this relationship with our seller's agent no doubt helped insure our candidacy for a house which was sure to get competitive bidding, given our contingency sale on our other home which was pending. Dave is a stand-up guy, who is super busy but always found time for us. We look forward to sharing our renovation results with him. You'd be wise to use Dave Watlington as your selling or buying agent. He's the best!
