It was a no brainer for us to work with her and we are so glad that we did. WE sold a 4400 square foot home that was 20 years old, and we purchased a much smaller condo. The home we sold had a few issues that were revealed in a seller-initiated home inspection report. Vicky made sure we disclosed the findings and evidenced receipts that they were resolved.
