It was a no brainer for us to work with her and we are so glad that we did. WE sold a 4400 square foot home that was 20 years old, and we purchased a much smaller condo. The home we sold had a few issues that were revealed in a seller-initiated home inspection report. Vicky made sure we disclosed the findings and evidenced receipts that they were resolved. Vicky helped us understand every step of the process to sell and buy, and she delivered info in a straightforward way with pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Like I said in my review, Vicki was so much more to me than my "Realtor". On the heels of losing my "bride" in January, you became my sounding board, my therapist, my guidance counselor, my interior designer, my motivator, and so much more, too numerous to list. Continuing, only Vicki and I know what a "disaster zone" she walked into at 1:00pm, on the afternoon of February 24th. Somehow, every needle that had to be threaded, in the dozens of curve balls that came our way, was threaded. I have no idea how we did it. Words cannot capture the level of appreciation I have for Vicki's role as my Realtor.
