My husband and I we’re extremely pleased with Randy professionalism in handling of the purchase of our new home. Together we looked at many different neighborhoods in Northern and Southern Delaware. Randy was an excellent realtor. I was a first time home buyer, not familiar with the home buying process whatsoever. I originally picked a realtor that was truly not personable, not readily available, & often gave me false information without clarifying first. Randy was the complete opposite. Whenever I wanted to see a house, Randy answered quickly & completely cleared his schedule for me. He always clearly explained things & made sure I understood them before proceeding. He was very knowledgeable & if he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he was quick to find out, which was very reassuring.
