I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Vicki by my coworker. She was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the very end. Closer to settlement there was a communication breakdown between the mortgage lender and I and Vicki handled it professionally and promptly. She advocated for us in issues that we didn’t even know was an issue. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate and effortlessly funny. At settlement she surprised my husband and I with a beautiful monogrammed cutting board and a beautiful console table. She truly wowed us. I would recommend Vicki to any and everyone I know buying a home. Also her relationship with her clients does not end at settlement, she has reached out and checked on us a number of times afterwards and I will definitely be inviting her to our house warming.
