From our first consultation to closing Yuliana was knowledgeable, professional and communicated on a daily basis. She was always available to answer my (numerous) questions, as well as ease any worries or concerns. With my selling and purchasing needing to be complete in a timely manner, Yuliana ensured we'd make it happen and she did! We are above ecstatic in our new home, thanks to Yuliana. She is top notch and I would highly recommend Yuliana Goldin-Dunn to anyone looking for a professional, personable, exceptional realtor. She's the best!

Wonderful. We met with Theresa and due to our age she graciously let us transact via internet after that. We were kept informed of progress. Answered any questions i had during the process. She is congenial, has a positive attitude, knows her stuff. She made this transaction painless. Thank you Theresa

Yuliana: Professional, Knowledgeable, Transparent, Trustworthy, Fighter. Working with Yuliana was the most professional experience I've encountered working with an agent. She sets realistic expectations, then EXCEEDS all expectations. She is personable and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the real estate market and process. During the process, she keeps you informed every step of the way. Her communications and frankness is refreshingly transparent. She explains things to ensure you understand. Working with Yuliana, you know you have a fighter that will go to bat to win you and your family the best deal!
