While everyone had an opinion, Yuliana took the time to learn what I, as the property owner, wanted and then made that happen. Not only did she help me sell the property, she fought to get every penny possible and sold at above asking price within a very strict timeline. We have used Yuliana two times and now we are using her again for the third and hopefully the final time, because moving can be hectic but she makes the process much less stressful. She is friendly, has a lot of energy, and offers advice but allows you to make the final decision. She is truly in her element as a “Go Getter” in the real estate business. We have never experienced a real estate agent who goes above and beyond like she does day and night. We would recommend her to others looking for an agent.

Vicky is authentic, smart, thorough and specific about details and expectations. Vicky overdelivered. She was always available, responsive. I was impressed with her level of knowledge of the MOT area and the Springmill development. Vicky brought in an appropriate amount of data to help us make critical decisions. It was a no brainer for us to work with her and we are so glad that we did. WE sold a 4400 square foot home that was 20 years old, and we purchased a much smaller condo. The home we sold had a few issues that were revealed in a seller-initiated home inspection report. Vicky made sure we disclosed the findings and evidenced receipts that they were resolved. Vicky helped us understand every step of the process to sell and buy, and she delivered info in a straightforward way with pros/cons/strategy for moving forward.
