Being a second-time home buyer, our family had specific expectations that were not just met but way over achieved by Yuliana and a great team of professionals that she connected us with! Yuliana's the most up to date market knowledge made it possible to close on our house in 3 weeks. All the steps of the process, starting from writing an offer, applying for a loan, having all the inspections done, negotiating, mediating the cost of the repairs, and final settlement, went absolutely seamless!
