Lindsey is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! This was my first time selling a place and Kerry Ann made it as smooth as possible. We ended up with 29 offers and accepted one nearly 90k over asking. She and her team took care of lots of details, booking painters, stagers, cleaners, organizing showings, access etc. all without my involvement. I think her strategy for how to setup the house and where to price it were right on and drove a ton of interest. If you’re looking for a stress-free, diligent, responsive agent, I recommend you work with Alex Baker. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. I overanalyzed a lot of what I wanted and ran fact checks against what is being positioned for me. Alex was patient with me while making sure I was comfortable with what I was getting into. From the start, I had looked at a few places but then put the search on pause. He spent time which inevitably felt wasted probably but was graceful in letting me take a pause to reset my search. When the time was the right, 5 months later I reached back out and he picked up where we left off with no hesitation. I found the home but was in a competitive situation; without getting into much detail I ended up coming on top. That was just the first part because what comes next is a litany if paperwork and back-and-forth that is mind numbing. Not only did Alex literally take care of everything - he picked up my calls on pretty much the first ring any time I had a question and was proactive in double checking each phase and milestone of the transaction. In addition he put me in touch with his network of lenders, contractors, inspectors, escrow agents (with multiple options for each) that helped me navigate the myriad of constituents in the purchase. I felt like I had a battalion behind me to close the deal with white glove service. We closed at an extremely attractive price, on time, and zero issues whatsoever. I know this probably sounds like he wrote it for me to send haha but I’m not joking when I say I recommend him with no reservations. On top of all this he’s a nice guy and kept it light and respected my busy schedule in between it all. I highly, highly recommend working with Lindsey to be your realtor during your buying journey. I was incredibly lucky to get connected with Lindsey through Zillow. Here are just a few notable qualities I’ve noticed while working with her: Professional: Lindsey never tried to sell me on something I wouldn’t like. All of her communications were written professionally. She met all deadlines. She was organized with all the paperwork. Plus, when it came to negotiations and closing the deal, her tenacity and professionalism played a huge role in making the deal happen at the price I wanted. Responsive: When I’d email, call, or text Lindsey, she was always speedy with her responses, even during off-hours. There were times that I’d send her 5+ listings, and she’d respond immediately with “I’m on it.” Before I knew it, I’d check my phone and see Lindsey had booked back-to-back appointments for all 5+ listings for the next day. Detail-Oriented: When we first met, we chatted about what I was looking for in a condo. We set certain criteria (location, # of beds/baths, type of floor plan, year built, high ceilings, natural light, etc.). Any time she’d send me listings, they always met the criteria we had discussed. There were times that I sent her some listings for her opinion, and she responded by reminding me that one or more of the listings didn’t meet my criteria and wanted to double-check before making an appointment to view those condos in person, which I really appreciated. Patient: It took me 10+ months and 50+ in-person showings to find the perfect place. Lindsey was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
