We hit the jackpot when we met Lindsey through a request for a Zillow house tour. We were originally planning to work with another realtor, but after the first meeting, we decided without hesitation that we only wanted to work with her. Lindsey was exactly what you'd want in a realtor - she's honest, responsive, knowledgeable, capable and so fun to be around. She never rushed or pushed, even when we pitched the idea of changing our search entirely after several tours (did I mention patient?). She totally understood what we were looking for and never stopped working to help us find it. We ultimately found our dream condo because she was quick to the draw and got us in before others. She was on top of it every step of the closing process (which feels crazy complicated for a layperson) and it was so relieving to know that we were in good hands. Simply put, Lindsey is the best and we couldn't be happier or more thankful for such a positive experience.

It was my great pleasure to work with realtor Kerry Ann Sullivan this past summer when she and her firm sold my residence in Venice Beach, California. From day one of the sale I felt that I was represented by a talented professional. She and her associates did a marvelous job at prepping the property for showing. A professional photographer was brought in to create a collection of views of the house for posting for the public. These were so well done I had feelings of regret that I was actually selling the place. He created an album of photographic art worthy of the finest magazine publications of architecture and interior design. This turned out to be key to such a quick sale. Many potential buyers came for each scheduled showing. Within days of the listing we received a firm offer. An inspection of the premises revealed a number of items that required repair or replacement. Kerry Ann provided me with several highly competent, experienced, not to mention reasonably priced technicians to accomplish the work in timely fashion. The escrow went through efficiently, quickly and without a hitch. The escrow company was well chosen. Throughout the entire sale process, Kerry Ann was quick to respond to any questions I had. I did not need to attend the closing. Indeed, several days before it was completed, I was many miles away en route to my new home. I had complete confidence in the outcome. The proceeds of the sale were, without delay, wire transferred to my bank. Kerry Ann then provided me with a beautiful hard bound book/album of the photographer's work as a keep sake. I rate Kerry Ann's work, as well as that of her associates and agency Halton Pardee and Partners, absolutely superlative … first rate, ten on a scale of ten!!! … and wish them all the best, and keep up the good work. They are truly an asset to their community and to the real estate profession itself.

I truly would not have made it through this process if it wasn't for Lindsey and I HIGHLY recommend her! When I made an inquiry on Zillow, she called me right away and was incredibly responsive through to the very end. She was so personable and I felt like she really made an effort to understand not only what I wanted in a condo, but also to understand how best to help me through the process. She made herself available around my schedule to see everything I wanted to see. When I found my dream home, she talked me through the process of what to offer, what to counter, and ultimately helped me get the place I wanted. As a first time home buyer, I was out of my league on what the rest of the process would entail. Lindsey was so patient and guided me through every detail. She was always available and responded to my neurotic emails and texts days, nights, and weekends. She was also great about staying on deadlines and making sure to follow up to ensure I received all of my documents with plenty of time to review and respond. She was a great manager of all of the different parties involved for me- interfacing with my escrow officer, the seller's agent, and my bank- to really help take a lot of the stress off my plate. She helped me to avoid calamity on more than one occasion. I cannot say enough about how great Lindsey is and how much she saved my sanity throughout this entire process.

I cannot say enough good things about Kerry Ann Sullivan and her team, especially Eric Agar, both personally and professionally. Kerry Ann was highly recommended to me by friends but what I needed from her was much less remunerative for her than their house sale had been. Yet even before she officially came on board to guide me through a simple condo sale to its current renter, she was extraordinarily generous and helpful in offering advice and support. She and everyone she supplied for the buyer and me to work with were just lovely to deal with, immediately responsive, totally professional and altogether wonderful in every way. Never did I feel that I was given a back seat because it was a small deal. And in retrospect, I realize even more how accurate all the advice she gave me about the sale was. I have bought and sold a few properties over the years and I have never had such a pleasant and easy experience in doing so.

Working with Lindsey to purchase our first home was an incredible experience. My husband and I were very picky and had very specific requests in the type of home we were looking for. It took many, many months and numerous showings for us to finally decide. I'm sure other realtors would've given up on us but not Lindsey. She was always professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we took our time to find our perfect home. During the escrow process my husband and I decided to switch mortgage companies and loan officers (nerve wracking decision) but Lindsey made us feel at ease. She was extremely proactive and very communicative with the new loan company to make sure nothing would be disrupted as we closed on the house. That’s exactly the type of person you want to represent you in the purchase or sale of your home. You need someone who will work hard for you. Someone who listens to exactly what you are looking for. Someone who is patient with you and someone who will answer all your questions at any time of day or night. This is Lindsey.
