She is kind and has a very easy way while at the same time is on top of all the details and things that need to get done. I scheduled a tour via Zillow of a home and Kara was assigned to me. She is very professional, communicative and understands the market well. She immediately knew exactly what I was looking for and tailored all recommended listings to my needs. Once we found the home I wanted she helped put together an offer package that beat out the competition and I didn't have to pay over asking price which was below market value. During escrow she had great recommendations on inspectors and helped guide me through the process while also securing credits from the seller. She was at the home while inspections were taking place to ensure everything went smoothly and gave great advice on how to address issues that arose. Once I closed on the home she left me a wonderful housewarming gift. I would highly recommend Kara to anyone looking for a new home!
