Lauren and her team do great job again! Lauren is a seasoned professional and a joy to work with. She is cool under pressure and dealing with the chaos and curveballs of real estate. I’ve done several transactions with Lauren but this one was the first one in which I was selling and buying at the same time, so it was challenging to get the timing right. There was a lot of juggling, and dealing with open houses, staging, contractors, and even my dogs. I was living in the property so we had to work around my schedule. Her team of Monique, Haley, and the others are also super professional and nice. I tried not to bother them on the weekends but they were all available any time I had a concern. She is a tough negotiator and made sure I didn’t get hit with any unnecessary costs from the transaction. She even negotiated a new stove for me which I never would have considered! I’ll definitely hire her for my next transaction!

Lauren walked me through the process of purchasing a home for the first time, and I cannot recommend her enough. She took the time to educate me every step of the way, from choosing a neighborhood to closing on my new home. Her communication throughout the entire process allowed me to feel at ease and excited about buying a house. Furthermore, her extensive knowledge of the LA area was extremely helpful.
