I recently had the pleasure of working with Shannon Burskey in selling my sister Pat's four properties. My sister said I should use her because she would be fair. I found Shannon not only to be fair but to be highly knowledgeable about the local market, very professional and dedicated to negotiating the best deal possible. She made sure details were taken of care of - from showing the properties to arranging inspections to finding solutions to any potential issues with any of the properties. Shannon has tremendous knowledge of the condo's at On Top of the World. She was a great asset on how the community and association is structured. She reviewed all of the details of the rather large complex. She also communicated by text or email every step of the way, which made the process easier for me since I was making an out of state purchase. She was a joy to work with and would highly recommend her.
