Carolyn is everything you could ever want from a realtor. No matter what she has going on, she treats you like your house and your questions are the most important thing going on at the moment. She is responsive, always picking up the phone. She is organized, knowledgeable, and nothing can sneak past her. She will go to bat for you in any way that she can and get the results you want! Having also worked with her in the past, we will NEVER work with anyone else in the future. There is absolutely no way that there is anyone out there better at their job than Carolyn is at hers! I can not speak any higher of Carolyn. She will forever be considered part of our family.

Do you get that anxious feeling when you think about selling your home? So do I. I have not had good experiences in the past and am very cautious by nature. Carolyn has changed that for me. Everyone said I should rent out my home as my partner and I were combining households and it seemed to be a good option. WRONG! I rented my house for six months and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. In comes Carolyn. She had my house on the market within a week!! In 3 days time…I had a full price, CASH offer to close in 14 days, which ended up being 10 days!!!! The very next day I had earnest money and proof of funds. This was happening. This was life-changing for me. It was the best resolution I could have ever asked for to one of the hardest situations I have faced in my adult life. If that wasn't enough…Carolyn was compassionate, ultra-responsive and one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
