Carolyn has been my realtor for my last six real estate transactions, assisting me with both purchasing and selling properties in Colorado. She even provided referrals for realtors in Pennsylvania and Florida, to sell my mother’s home and purchase a condo. I would not consider anyone else, because she is at the top of the bell on the most critical parts of a transaction: communication; follow through; and, negotiation. She has been successful in helping me sell and purchase in multiple offer situations by establishing positive relationships with other agents and teasing out the most important aspects of the deals for the other buyer or seller. It has worked every time in my favor. I recommend her without question and would never use anyone else. She is top notch.
