We were first-time homebuyers and absolutely clueless. We spoke with a couple of other agents before Gayor was recommended to us by a friend. The other agents made us feel like we were a part of their plan and made us even more anxious about buying a home. Everything changed when we met G. He was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. It felt like our wants, needs and future were always considered. He even checks in now as we are getting settled in the perfect home he found for us. We couldn’t have done it without him and are forever grateful!

Bottom line, Carolyn does what is right for her clients and makes the process as easy as possible. She is knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. The only realtor I will ever use in Denver.

Carolyn helped me to find the PERFECT place for me, and made the entire process so easy that it almost seemed unreal. She's detailed and attentive and knows EVERYTHING there is to know about real estate. I'll never use anyone else, and I won't let any of my friends use anyone else! She says that she loves what she does, and it shows. I feel extremely fortunate to have had her as my agent, both for buying my new place and selling my current place. If you use her, you'll be impressed.

Carolyn Erickson is a rock star agent I will hire every time I have a real estate transaction! Whether you are buying or selling a home, Carolyn Erickson is a fantastic real estate agent to work with from the beginning to the end of the process! She assisted me with the purchase of my home and with the sale of my home a few years later. She is a knowledgeable, honest, and caring real estate professional. She takes initiative on what needs to be done and kept me informed every step of the way. I purchased a newly constructed home that had a couple issues when I first moved in that the contractor needed to fix. Carolyn immediately got involved and negotiated a resolution on my behalf and kept on the contractor until the issues were resolved. When I sold my home, her advice was spot-on for the market and her support from listing to staging to showings was invaluable. She is a kind but determined real estate agent who represents her clients well!

Carolyn has been my realtor for my last six real estate transactions, assisting me with both purchasing and selling properties in Colorado. She even provided referrals for realtors in Pennsylvania and Florida, to sell my mother’s home and purchase a condo. I would not consider anyone else, because she is at the top of the bell on the most critical parts of a transaction: communication; follow through; and, negotiation. She has been successful in helping me sell and purchase in multiple offer situations by establishing positive relationships with other agents and teasing out the most important aspects of the deals for the other buyer or seller. It has worked every time in my favor. I recommend her without question and would never use anyone else. She is top notch.

Great real estate experience. Carolyn was very personable, willing to help, always available for communication and questions, and professional. She explained every step of the process and had to work through a very difficult seller's agent/seller/inspection problems, to get us our house. I would recommend her to anybody.
