Carolyn is an incredible person and realtor. As first time buyers we had a lot to learn and Carolyn was the best teacher. She took her time to get to know us and what we like and what we want. She never pressured us into anything and always gave us her honest opinion on each house we saw. With her experience in the industry, she knew what things to look for and always made sure to point them out to us. She seemed to find something in each house that we didn't even notice, but would've been something that'd pop up in the inspection that we'd have to deal with. When it came time for the paperwork, she walked us through every section of all the documents, explaining each one and answering all our questions. When we decide to move on from our current home, we definitely will be calling Carolyn again.

Ryan did an amazing job selling our family home in Frisco. His market knowledge and overall depth of experience with mountain properties is exceptional. He had a great feel for the timing of the selling season, and put forth significant effort in providing detailed comps and market surveys to support a listing and sales strategy that was highly effective. We received multiple offers on our property within a few weeks and he was able to guide us through the selection process towards the offer that was the best fit. Once under contract, Ryan was communicative and consistent with weekly status updates and deadline management. There were numerous times during the process that this sale could have fallen through, but through his immediate personal attention, Ryan was able to keep us moving towards closing. Ultimately the closing was ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be happier! Ryan is an outstanding broker and I would highly recommend his services!

I have never worked with anyone more knowledgeable in Reality. I was in a very difficult place trying to figure out everything I needed to do to sell my home.
