Gayor stepped in and handled a very quick transaction with skill and precision. I was referred to him by a family member when I spotted a listing that met my requirements. I live in another city, but wanted to make a move. He made time that afternoon for me, went to the home, coached me on an offer and effectively handled the counter and negotiation the following day. I got the house; closed escrow with his help in 3 weeks, and he has initiated help with contractors and movers. I can't praise him enough. He's very thorough, explains every step and detail, and works well with the other realtors.
