Mary Lou is an absolutely amazing person and realtor. She has helped our family buy 2 homes and sell 1. She goes above and beyond to make the process easy and seamless because she is so knowledgeable about the process, the local market and the real estate industry. Mary Lou started as our realtor but she has grown to become a member of our family. We wouldn’t be able to live and raise our family in our neighborhood and community if it was not for her. Mary Lou did a wonderful job of helping us sell our home in NC. She lived in our neighborhood, so she was vastly knowledgeable about the market in our area. Where Mary Lou stood out is her keen eye for detail in prepping the home to sell. She went the extra mile to make sure our house was presented in the best possible light, to the point where she bought things we needed to make the house "pop." She even included the cleaning of our home in her fee so we didn't have to do it. A small gesture, but very much appreciated. We would recommend Mary Lou to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.

Our experience with Daphne started 1 year before we actually sold our house. We discussed our intent was not clear yet: whether to rent or sell. She discussed the selling option with us and suggested possible improvements and investment needs. After months, we approached her again, knowing that we wanted to sell the house and move out of state. After knowing our approximate schedule, she drafted a neat plan on dates. But the outstanding part was that she helped us to our special needs: we needed a feasible plan letting us move out fast, do all the painting etc. while we are out of the state, and then sell the house remotely. She then took leadership of arranging the paint work, deep cleaning of the house, photoshoot, showings, etc., all when we were out. We had a very smooth transition thanks to her being responsive even when on vacation, and her kind intention to help us and taking the lead as we were not present. She is highly recommended for a quality professional service with a full promise of peace of mind.
