The Denver real estate market is fast and fierce, and a real estate agent can really make or break your experience buying a home. Caitlin is a top-notch realtor. Coming into the Denver housing market from a much less competitive market we were a little nervous about the process, but Caitlin quickly gave us confidence with her knowledge of the Denver area and her incredible responsiveness. There were times when she was willing to meet me for a showing with hours notice. During showings she had a quick eye for potential problems or perks in the home and helped us to think through decisions about offers carefully, never feeling the pressure that this kind of market can bring. The home we ultimately bought had a few problems that needed to be mitigated and Caitlin was a great negotiator with the seller's agent. Once we were under contract she was extremely helpful in contacting inspectors and contractors for repair estimates. I would highly recommend working with her if you're looking to buy a home in the Denver area!

Leslie did an amazing job selling our house. In fact it sold in just 5 hours! She has great local knowledge and is extremely responsive. We had a horse property which was unique. Leslie did a great job marketing this to the proper audience so that it would sell quickly. It sold much faster than we ever imagined. Leslie took care of everything for me. My husband had already moved interstate to start his job so I was left to sell the house. Leslie made the process so easy. Selling a house is always stressful. However, Leslie made it about as easy as it could be for the seller. You cannot go wrong with Leslie!

I had a lot of other realtors prior to working with Ashley who basically told me I was crazy to try to get a house for the price range I was requesting. They all said I had unrealistic expectations. Amy was fantastic to work with on our recent condo purchase. She was able to show us all of the homes we wanted to see and was knowledgeable about homes and the market. While viewing potential homes, Amy was informative, helpful and we both greatly appreciated that we didn't feel like she was trying to sell to us. She was honest about both the positives and negatives of the homes we looked at and we got the sense that she was trying to help us find the best fit for us, rather than trying to convince us to buy places we were interested in. Amy was very responsive via email, phone, and text and she was also very direct when setting expectations with the selling agent.
