She makes you feel like you are her only client! While we were under contract we had a planned vacation, and Caitlin put our mind at ease by helping coordinate the follow up inspection items. And then on closing day, we had a few minor hiccups with unresolved inspection items by the seller. Caitlin was the perfect advocate to have on our side until we were able to reach a resolution.
