Leslie Hazan

We met Leslie via a friend's referral and challenged her to help us find a needle in a haystack that would be our new home in urban Denver. As out of state buyer hopefuls, we relied on Leslie to help guide us to certain neighborhoods and steer us away from busy streets or less desirable areas. Leslie regularly scoured listings and alerted us to houses about to come to mkt. She toured numerous houses and included us into those virtually as she pointed out highlights and potential areas of concern with all aspects of the house (e.g neighborhood, street, local regulations, and even construction). After we closed on a house that fit our ever growing requirements, she continued to follow up to ensure we had a smooth transition!! A Big THX goes out to Leslie!!

Leslie was great to work with and really knows her stuff. We moved from the east coast so weren't familiar with some of the things Coloradans deal with, like water rights and that it is a bit difficult to get homeowners insurance in CO these days. She was also able to answer questions we had about wells, propane tanks, HVAC, heated floors etc. We knew we wanted to move to CO, but did not have a timeline and basically just looked (for 2 years) until we found the right property. Leslie was very patient and helpful even as our list of must haves changed over time. She was good at offering things to think about when viewing properties which was very helpful. Leslie always made herself available to show us houses when we were in the area - even the ones we knew we probably wouldn't want, but had to check out to be sure. Leslie is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her to anybody in the market to buy or sell!

Leslie has been nothing short of amazing through this whole process. Day in and day out her communication, level of care and endless commitment to help me find a home was fantastic. She stuck by me when our options were limited and didn’t give up as we trecked through this journey. Being a first time homebuyer, she answered every question and spent a lot of time in providing me details that I would never have known if it weren’t for her. Between the constants texts, phone calls and emails, her and her team made sure I was educated on what I was getting into and she explained every step of the process in great detail. Henry and Travis, also on her team, went to great lengths to show me a LOT of different properties and were always well versed on how to make things run smoothly if Leslie was out for any period of time. Thank you to all three of them for helping me achieve homeownership and working hard to ensure I was taken care of!

Leslie helped me buy my first home and really made the process simple and understandable. She then helped me sell it during covid which was no easy feat! She had partners and vendors that could help give quotes which made the process smoother. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Leslie and how incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional she is. We actually hired Leslie after listing with a different agent who handled things so poorly that we were afraid we’d never sell the house. To make matters more complicated, we had already moved out of state. Leslie stepped up and took care of every last detail, got us a super solid practically full price offer, and was just two steps ahead of everyone and every thing the entire transaction. We’ve bought and sold multiple houses in 3 different states and have never had an agent who made us feel so well taken care of it. I’ve been ruined for ever working with another agent! Leslie is absolutely the best and I’d highly recommend her to any buyer. I’d trust her to take care of my grandma if my grandma were selling. It doesn’t get any better or more knowledgeable than Leslie!

It took us 6 months of us working with Ms. Hazan, given we were in another state, to find us the perfect home.
