A true Southerner, Erica was born in Alabama and moved to the Augusta, GA area in 1980 when her father, a member of the military, was transferred to Fort Gordon. In 1982, her family settled in North Augusta, SC, and, aside from a brief time in Bluffton, SC, Aiken County has been her home ever since. With over a decade of experience as a dedicated Realtor licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia, Erica is committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience for her clients. Martha Warrick is an absolute awesome realtor and lady! She helped us find the perfect house and helped us through a few problems with the closing date. She makes you feel like you are her only client and goes above and beyond than most realtors. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Martha was great to work with! Very...

Martha was great to work with! Very professional and helped walk us through the whole process. We were first time home buyers and she helped explain things as we went. She worked with us and the builder to negotiate on upgrades. Would definitely go to her again when buying or selling.

Mrs. Martha is a wonderful realtor! She is very thoughtful and accommodating. She helped our whole family from beginning to end. Mrs. Martha answered all of our questions and was with us every step of the way. She is very generous with her time and makes you feel important. Mrs. Martha gives great guidance and support. Martha Warrick was amazing to work with both on the selling of my house and the purchase of my new home. As I started this venture, I knew nothing of how to sell or purchase a new home. Martha was always there to help me through the process. If I had a question or worry, Martha was always a phone call or text away. My 1956 house was only on the market for 16 days and I got a full asking cash price. During that 16 days, there were 10 showings. I never expected it to be that easy. Martha made it easy walking me through the whole process, and I was in my new house in no time. I would highly recommend Martha Warrick as your sole real estate agent. My "fur babies" Coda and Maggie loved her, too. We all have a new friend.
